Maize Balls are some of the oldest pieces of boxing equipment as they provide unique training benefits. The Rival Maize Ball is 10" high and allows you to practice slipping punches to improve your defense and upper body movement.
This Ball comes UNFILLED so we recommend using dried chickpeas as a filler. Alternatively, you can use fillers such as rice, shredded fabric, plastic beads and, of course, dried corn. To achieve your preferred weight and density simply adjust the amount of filler material.
